Hi there! I’m Anna, a global citizen, a mom, a wife, a chartered accountant, a fine art enthusiast who loves to capture those moments in life that deserve to last forever. My true passion for taking pictures was ignited after a summer course at the New York Film Academy in 2012, where I mainly focused on street photography. Since then, I pursue photography as a second career, as well as working as a finance professional. I live in the beautiful hills of Lafayette, California, with my husband and two sons. I find my inspiration and joy comes mostly from simple things and the different ways I see them. I have always preferred visual representation of life around me, I find it easier expressing myself with these than with words. That’s why I love when a picture speaks for itself! If photography is a hobby of yours, it is incredibly tempting to photograph everything, at start that’s a good habit, as it will help you understand where your true passion lies. I now know that I have a natural love for minimalism, neutral palettes, details, black & white images, unposed and unplanned pictures where true emotions become visible. I strive for photographs that are simple, bright, lively and are shot from an unusual angle. From the feedback from my clients, I have witnessed how valuable a captured memory can be, and above all that is why I love photographing people!
